Shipping Policy

Shipping on all orders will take 3-5 business days unless expidited shipping option has been selected.  All shipping costs are based on size and weight of packaging. We try to use smaller packaging whenever possible to keep cost efficiency and environmental impacts at a minimum.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer free returns on any unopened products. If tamper seal has been broken you will not be able to return item.

Our hair comes with a 6 month warranty. We will replace/exchange products at no charge. This warranty is void if the hair has been coloured or purple shampooed, permed or chemically altered in any way.
